John Goullet Continues to Innovate IT Staffing Solutions in 2016

Always at the forefront of emerging trends in IT, John Goullet continues to use his entrepreneurial energy in 2016 as the chairman and principal for Diversant LLC. Alongside fellow members of Diversant’s leadership team Gene Waddy and Jim Yoshimura, John has helped build one of the leading IT staffing solution companies in the US. He continues to apply his winning strategy: matching the personality and style of qualified IT professionals with coordinating corporate climates and needs of top companies.

John Goullet’s impressive career started with humble beginnings. After graduating from Ursinus College in Pennsylvania, John started out as a computer consultant at Computer Sciences Corp in the early eighties. Over the next ten years, he made many strategic career moves. He worked his way up the IT career ladder, first at Constell Group, next 3d Information Services, and finally Tsr Consultants. By 1990, he had attained the position of IT staffing account executive at Cap Gemini, where he remained for the next four years before founding Info Technologies Inc in 1994.

Info Technologies Inc. was John Goulet’s brainchild. He realized the potential of the exploding IT sector and the need for established companies for qualified IT professionals. Using his extensive knowledge of corporate culture as well as his passion for specialized information technology, he was able to puzzle together productive staffing solutions. Within five years Info Technologies Inc. had reached the number eight spot on Inc. Magazine’s list of the top 500 privately held companies in the US.

John Goullet is an award winning company attracted the attention of Gene Waddy, chief executive officer of Diversant Inc. In 2010 they decided to merge their two companies to create the IT Staffing powerhouse DIversant LLC. John Goullet continues to contribute his entrepreneurial spirit as chairman and principal of Diversant.
